Can you believe tomorrow is officially a NEW YEAR! Where the hell has 2016 went! This year was full of some amazing novels, I would be here forever if Iย listed all of my favorites so i compiled a list of my top 18ย reads.

1. Something So Right by Natasha Madison

Something So RightSomething So Right is Natasha Madison’s debut novel. ย I freaking loved this novel and honestly I thought. Oh Sh*t how is she going to top this book, because it was so freaking amazing. Well let me tell you something Natasha Madison did something that is not often done when it comes to debut authors, she released a second novel called Hell and Back. My Review

2.ย Hell and Back by Natasha Madison

Hell and Back (Heaven & Hell 1)Hell and Backย  by Natasha Madison is one of the most brutally honest novels I have ever read. ย I really felt for Bella and Jackson, my heart though….my heart broke for Lilah. No child should have to witness the things she witnessed at her age. I know..I know, it’s just fiction….but this novel felt so real. I honestly could see this story happening on the evening news. It felt so freaking real and that is why it holds a place on my top 20 list!
My review

3. What Might Kill Us by M.N. Forgy

What Might Kill Us (The Devil's Dust, #5)What Might Kill Us by M.N. Forgy is my favorite MC novel that was released in 2016. I loved Bull and Anahi’s story. I was intrigued from the very first page. What Might Kill Us is book 5 in the Devil’s Dust MC series. I loved the feel of a brutal MC world and that is exactly what the Devil’s Dust MC brings, Brutality. FREAKING LOVED THE ENDING!! My Review

4. El Diablo by M. Robinson

El Diablo (The Devil, #1)One thing I can trust to get when reading a novel written by M. Robinson is pure angst. El Diablo is the holy grail of all angst novels. This novel made me fall in love with an asshole…an asshole named Martinez. I loved the mobster style of El Diablo. This novel had so many twist and turns, it literally almost gave me whiplash…but i wouldn’t change a thing about it! My Review

5. Road To Nowhere by M. Robinson

Road to Nowhere (Road to Nowhere, #1)

Road To Nowhere is another angsty novel that has made my top 20 list. This novel made me cry on repeat. So much emotion was poured into this novel. Creed’s story isย heartbreaking. Mia is the ray of sunshine to Creed’s dark storm cloud. Even though Road To Nowhere ended with a HUGE cliffhanger, it still made my top 20 list because of the fact that this was a novel that stuck with me and is stillย in my head even after having read it a month ago. ย My Review

6. ย Unplugged by L.K. Collins

Unplugged

I loved the concept of Unplugged. This novel was like nothing I have ever read. A retreat between friends where cell phones and electronics are not allowed for a weekend. Of course you have the typical rule breaker bad boy that sneaks an iPad into the mix. Unplugged is also a very sexy read. Unplugged was low on the angst scale. I loved Merritt and Quinn!!! My Review

7. Torrid Affair by Callie Anderson

Torrid Affair

Torrid Affair..This wonderfully emotional novel deserves a spot on every freaking list in the world. HOLY HELL. I’m still reeling from this book and it released in September. If Cheating is a strong trigger for you I recommend you go into this novel with eyes wide open. I know i said this about other novels on this list, well i’m going to say it again. Torrid Affair is freaking BRUTAL! I cried so freaking much throughout this novel. Damn. The emotional turmoil i’m still feeling makes this novel one of my favorites of the year. My Review

Until Harry

I loved Until Harry. I loved the raw emotion poured into the characters, the brutality of the hidden truths, and how it all came together at the end!
My heart broke for Lane and the devastation and lose that she encountered over and over again. I feel like this novel hasn’t received the recognition it deserves. It’s honestly a Must Read! My Review

13. ย A Thousand Boy Kisses by Tillie Cole

A Thousand Boy Kisses

A Thousand Boy Kisses by Tillie Cole repeatedly broke my heart. This novel is so breathtaking and heartbreakingly beautiful. I loved Ruin and Poppy’s relationship, even through the times i wanted to slap Ruin upside the head. When i finished this novel I just stared off into space thinking about life. It had that much of an impact on me. This is a book that will always stick with me no matter what i’m reading it will always be at the back of my mind. Yes it’s that amazing! My Review

14. Ravage by Tillie Cole

Ravage (Scarred Souls, #3)

Ravage by Tillie Cole is the darkest novel i’ve read this year. Holy hell. this was an intense ride. Ravage is so intense that i had to put down my tablet and walk away! It was literally consuming me. I remember yelling WTF several times. I love novels that make me shout random things out loud! My Review

15. Legend by Katy Evans

Legend (Real, #6)

When i heard Katy Evans was coming out with a sixth book in her REAL series i was beyond thrilled but to be honest i was a little nervous due to the fact that Remington Tate is my number one book boyfriend and Legend is based on a different boxer, but I found I loved Legend just as much ‘if not’ a little more! This is now one of my favorite fighter romance novels!

16. It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover

It Ends with Us

There is nothing I can say about It Ends With Us that someone else hasn’t said yet. Just know this novel has opened my eyes. It Ends With Us is emotional and will no doubt have you crying as it did me. My Review

Wide Open Spaces had me swiftly flipping the pages and I actually read this novel in one day, that is how addicting i found it! My Review

18. Furious Rush by S.C. Stephens

Furious Rush

Furious Rush is ย a modern day Romeo and Juliet. With motorcycle racing. I was intrigued by the synopsis and read this book in a day. I loved the adrenaline i felt through the pages. Furious Rush is everything i was hoping for and expecting of S.C. Stephens. My Review
