Book Review | Falling For Finn – Brooke Fox (Maplewood Falls Series, Book One)
Falling for Finn isn’t part of my plan. He’s older, moody, and complains about everything I do. His family flies me three thousand miles out to their orchard farm in Vermont to do a painting for their centennial celebration. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime to do a piece for the Bennetts, but I don’t expect my clients’ grandson to rope me into a fake dating scheme. When his ex-girlfriend shows up expecting to sleep in the cottage I’m currently in, I volunteer to stay with Finn to keep up appearances that we’re together. Except there’s only one bed, and I refuse to sleep on his small couch.

Welcome back to another WWW Wednesday! If you’re new to WWW Wednesday, this is a weekly book meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. Each week we answer the three W’s: What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you plan on reading next. Life has been busy! It's that time of the year, where I'm wrapping up my summer garden. This year, I decided to follow my older brother's lead and plant a fall garden just to see how it turns out. Funny thing to mention, I didn't know an autumn garden was a thing. I thought we, here in Michigan, could only plant vegetable plants not later than memorial day weekend. I learn something new every year! So far, my autumn beans and peas are growing amazingly! This may be the start of something beautiful. Also, on the renovation front, Mr. Man and I finally busted down the brick wall we've been despising from the moment we moved into our home. Now the wall is up and we are getting ready to drywall. I'm one step closer to having a fully remodeled living room, and one step closer to FINALLY having a dining room! Anywho, that's enough about my personal life. Let's get this week's WWW Wednesday post!
Ten Romance Novels I Plan To Read Soon.
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Today’s category: Posts I’ve Written That Give You the Best Glimpse of Me (Share the blog/Insta/Twitter posts or YouTube/TikTok videos you’ve made that showcase your personality the most and offer the clearest window into your personality. These are the posts you wish everyone would read!) Mr. Man and I are going to be starting renovations on our living room. With that comes trying to find places for the current furniture and objects in that room. So, I decided to take on the big task of moving my bookshelves from one wall to another on the opposite end of my office room. While I was removing all my books from my shelves, I found some titles that I sparked my intrigue! The majority of these books are older titles and I can't wait to finally get to them. So today, instead of following the category, Posts I’ve Written That Give You the Best Glimpse of Me, I'm taking a turn and going on a whole different route by posting ten romance novels I plan to read soon. And as always, if you've read any of the books I'm sharing, let me know if you loved them, or if you think I'm wasting my time by reading them. Let's get started with this post!

Ten Recent Romance Novels That Could Have Been 5 Stars… but I wanted More From.
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Today’s category: Books I Wish Had More/Less [Insert Your Concept Here] In Them (for example: more/less romance, more/less world building, less info dumping, more/fewer pages, more character development, fewer characters, fewer descriptions, more suspense, etc.) I decided to share my most recent romance novels that could have been 5 star ratings, but were 4½ stars because I wanted more __ from. Honestly, the blank space could be suspense, magic, sexy times, or character details. It's been a long year, and I am finding myself to be rather picky this year. So let's get started with this list!
