Book Review | Love Betrayal – Chantal Fernando (Angels & Devils MC Series, Book Two)
In a world of monsters, falling in love requires sacrifice. River I'm VP of Devils MC, and every decision I make is to protect the Club. I’m the one they call when things go south. That means getting my hands dirty—a lot. Outsiders think I’m a monster. I agreed. Until Bella. She was able to look past the violence and see…me. I never thought love was in the cards, but now she’s mine. I’ll protect her. No matter the cost. Bella It was supposed to be a fling—a way for us both to scratch an itch. But River wasn’t what I expected. I’ve seen monsters, and River isn’t one. Our relationship isn’t all rainbows and butterflies—but it’s real. I’d never betray him, even when my ex-boyfriend threatens to destroy me if I don’t. I’m not a damsel in distress. I can solve this problem without sacrificing the man I love. Even if it costs me everything.
Book Review | Loving Smoke – Barbara Nolan (The Royal Bastards MC: Tijuana, Mexico, Book One)
The fine line between love and hate is broken when Smoke falls hard for the enemy and puts his club and everything he values at risk. Smoke~~ I screwed up bad—So bad the chapter prez of the Royal Bastards banishes me and my VP to a beat-to-shit strip club in Tijuana to take down a cartel boss who’s been screwing with our gun supply. I was pissed off big time until—a sweet, hotter-than-hell woman walks into the club, and turns my life sideways.
Book Review | Where We Promise – Ashley Munoz (Stone Riders MC Series, Book Three)
In a tangled mess of betrayal and chaos, I was moved almost overnight onto rival territory under the protection of the one man I never wanted to be a burden to. Jameson King. To keep me safe, he handed me a ring and told me I’d become his wife. It’s a marriage made of convenience, but there’s a thread of truth neither of us want to examine. The past we’re ignoring, the almost we could have had if our lives were different. If I hadn’t chosen wrong.
Friday 56 (#19)
Good Morning, Everyone It's Friday, and soon it'll be the weekend! I don't really have any plans this weekend aside from tending to my garden and possibly spending some much needed time in the pool! We shall see, what Saturday and Sunday bring me. All I know is I've been on a reading roll lately! It's officially Summer which means my reading lists are packed full of beach reads and motorcycle club romances! Whoop! I'm excited for what's to come on my reading list. But for now, let's get to the reason for this post. It's Friday, which means it's officially time for a Friday 56 post! It's been awhile since I last posted a Friday 56, so without further wait, let's get started!
Book Review | Where We Belong – Ashley Munoz (Stone Riders MC Series, Book Two)
This all-new small-town romance is packed full of motorcycle club suspense, and fans of the one-bed trope, are going to devour every word. They call him the Wolf. His club, his brothers, and even my best friend Callie. I didn’t really care what they called him, not when the only name I had ever called him was, coward. Because three months ago he snuck under my resilient heart, like the thief he is, and stole it. Then he broke it. Going home wasn’t an option, not when I promised Callie I’d stay. She swore I’d eventually feel like I belonged in this small town. The club ensured I had a job, and a place to live which reluctantly earned my loyalty. Until I discovered their little caveat. The apartment technically belonged to the new president. I was welcome to stay…as long as I understood it meant sharing.
