This month I’ve experienced 2 new to me authors. I typically like to read anywhere from 3-5 new authors a month. This month’s new to me authors are:

Ker Dukey
J.D. Hollyfield

Both authors have really intrigued me with, not only their writing styles, but also the way they are able to tell a story. I loved how much emotion Ker Dukey poured into her novel, Lust. And I loved how much anticipation and danger J.D. Hollyfield added to her novel. I can’t wait to read more from these two authors in the future.

Jamie Begley

I’m still working on my first author back list challenge. I’m still working on Jamie Begley’s reading order. This month I found I overbooked myself on advanced copies and didn’t really make much time to finish Jamie Begley’s reading order like I hoped I would. So far, I’ve read 18 out of 26 books.

You can check out my reviews, progress, and Jamie Begley’s recommended reading order HERE!

I have a few books to share with you all today in a book haul. 2 books I bought from amazon, 2 books I received in my February Romance Reveal Book Box, and several ebooks I bought via amazon. So let’s get started!

I found several book sales around Valentine’s day on amazon. I kept to my budget and only purchased two books even though there were so many books I wanted.

CREW by TIJAN

Crew by Tijan amazon paperback is currently on sale for $9.95 (Usually $16)  Amazon US: https://amzn.to/2TfzN59

To survive where I live, you have two options.

You can be a Normal—a cheerleader, jock, member of the debate team, or on the yearbook committee. You pretend everything is normal.

Or you can be crew.
You insult us? We hurt you.
You hurt us? We really hurt you.
And if you f*ck with us, we will end you.

My name is Bren.
I’m the only female in the Wolf Crew—the best, fiercest, and most dangerous crew there is—and we have a rule: There’s no falling in love.

Well… too late.

The Chase by Elle Kennedy

The Chase by Elle Kennedy amazon paperback is currently on sale for $7.64 (Usually $10.99)) Amazon US: https://amzn.to/2Tfessi

Everyone says opposites attract. And they must be right, because there’s no logical reason why I’m so drawn to Colin Fitzgerald. I don’t usually go for tattoo-covered, video-gaming, hockey-playing nerd-jocks who think I’m flighty and superficial. His narrow view of me is the first strike against him. It doesn’t help that he’s buddy-buddy with my brother.

And that his best friend has a crush on me.

And that I just moved in with them.

Oh, did I not mention we’re roommates?

I suppose it doesn’t matter. Fitzy has made it clear he’s not interested in me, even though the sparks between us are liable to burn our house down. I’m not the kind of girl who chases after a man, though, and I’m not about to start. I’ve got my hands full dealing with a new school, a sleazy professor, and an uncertain future. So if my sexy brooding roomie wises up and realizes what he’s missing?

He knows where to find me.

In February’s Romance Reveal Book Box I received

The Kiss Thief by L.J. Shen

The Kiss Thief by L.J. Shen amazon paperback is currently on sale for $11.05 (usually $12.99) Amazon US: https://amzn.to/2XDTwd0

They say your first kiss should be earned.

Mine was stolen by a devil in a masquerade mask under the black Chicago sky.

They say the vows you take on your wedding day are sacred.

Mine were broken before we left church.

They say your heart only beats for one man.

Mine split and bled for two rivals who fought for it until the bitter end.

I was promised to Angelo Bandini, the heir to one of the most powerful families in the Chicago Outfit.

Then taken by Senator Wolfe Keaton, who held my father’s sins over his head to force me into marriage.

They say that all great love stories have a happy ending.

I, Francesca Rossi, found myself erasing and rewriting mine until the very last chapter.

One kiss.
Two men.
Three lives.
Entwined together.

And somewhere between these two men, I had to find my forever.

Playing For Keeps by Jill Shalvis.

Amazon US: https://amzn.to/2EwmJOi

If you’re planning on falling in love…

When it comes to the confident, charismatic Caleb Parker, Sadie Lane feels the spark—the kind that comes from rubbing each other the wrong way. She’s yoga pants, he’s a suit. She’s a tattoo artist, he’s a straight-laced mogul. But after they accidentally co-rescue an abandoned dog from a storm, Sadie sees a vulnerable side to the seemingly invincible hottie.

you’d better be sure…

Caleb doesn’t do emotions. Growing up the underdog, he’s learned the hard way to build up an impenetrable wall. Perfect for business. Disastrous for relationships. He’s never worried about it before—not until he finally gets behind Sadie’s armor and begins to fall.

… someone is there to catch you.

Both guarded and vulnerable, Sadie and Caleb are complete opposites. Or are they? Shocked at their undeniable connection, can they ever admit to wanting more? That all depends on what they’re each willing to risk.

I also received some awesome swag. Check out my unboxing HERE
