I’m Currently Reading:
Right now, I’m reading Dirty Curve by Meagan Brandy. I’m nearing the halfway mark and I’ve got to say, my opinions are slightly mixed when it comes down to the character of Tobias. I didn’t like him at first, but the more I am reading, the more I’m finding his egocentric personality is all a ruse. There’s also a slight mysterious approach to this novel where Meyer is concerned. I feel like I’ve uncovered this mystery already, but given Meagan Brandy’s story telling methods, I’m starting to second guess myself. We shall see if I’m right!
I Recently Finished:
Since my last WWW Wednesday post I finished two novels! The first book I finished was When We Collide by A.L. Jackson. Honestly, I liked this one and at moments I even loved this one, but something about this novel felt a tad bit rushed. I needed more of a slowdown and I needed the suspense to be drawn out a bit longer. It was a good novel, but it felt like a really long adrenaline rush that I wasn’t ready for. You can check out my review here. And the second book I finished was Until April by Aurora Rose Reynolds. This was another one I enjoyed but found it had a lot going on. With this one, I also found I needed a bit of a slowdown. However, I did really like both April and Maxim’s characters and I felt they made a great duo. You can check out my review here.
What I’m Reading Next:
Next up on my tbr is Rushed by Aurora Rose Reynolds, Kiss And Don’t Tell by Meghan Quinn, and Country Music Cowboy by Sasha Summers! I’m so excited to dive into all three of these books. At this moment, I have no clue which one I’ll pick up first. Oh the struggles of a reader….
