My Review:

Oh My LORD!!! i feel like i say that after finishing everyone of Tillie Cole’s novels that i read.
I love the Scarred Souls series.
I didn’t think this series could get any darker…I was Wrong!!!
Reap is a ROMEO and JULIET type story.

All Talia wants is a vacation. Time away from her family responsibilities. TIme to be a normal person doing normal things. She decides to go on a two month long retreat to the families house in the Hamptons. She is excited to just be free from responsiblity. That is until her brother Luka (818) shows up with some ‘baggage’. The baggage coming in the form of a killing beast!

ZAAL (221) has been held captive since he was 8 years old. After watching his family being brutally murdered in front of him and his twin they are whisked away to an unknown place where they are continuosly being drugged and brain washed. ZAAL’s master Jakhua trains ZAAL to be a killing machine. He will slaughter anything and everything that gets in his way of the target. along with the training Jakhua also brainwashes Zaal and with help from the new prototype drug he has complete control over ZAAL

After rescuing Zaal from Jakhual; Luka brings him back to the home in the hamptons where he chains Zaal up in the basement so he can undergo the detox process. Talia is intrigued from the first glance and eventaully a forbidden romance develops.

This series is amazing. I’m not much into dark romance novels but i’m completely hooked on the Scarred Souls series!!!

Zaal and Talia’s romance is fierce but with a sweet side. Zaal will do anything to protect Talia even if that means giving up his own life.

One thing i loved about this novel is you not only had ZAAL and Talia’s POV but we also had LUKA and KISA’s POV!!!! if you think it would be confusing..nope it’s not….it makes it all the more better!

Also I loved how even though ZAAl was this big sexy testostorone fueled slaughter machine….hidden behind all that he had a vulnerable side that Talia noticed right away.

When Zaal started to have glimpses of his memories through his dreams i felt my heart break for him.

Okay now that i gave enough away let me ‘discreetly’ talk about the end of the novel. i mean the verrrrry last page….I FLIPPING KNEW IT!!!!

I can’t wait to read Ravage. Thank god for Netgalley or i would be going crazy right now!!!!

This series is quickly moving up on my top ten list!
