And then I met Cal.

J. Sterling is one of my favorite authors. So when i heard she was writing another book i knew no matter what it was about i absolutely had to read it.

Dear Heart, I Hate You is a novel that will give you all the feels. It will have you laughing at the banter and smiling like a goof at the mushy gushy moments. You will most likely get pissed off at one of the characters (not saying who) but that’s okay because it wasn’t an ‘i want to stab you in the eye when your sleeping psycho’ kind of pissed it was just an ‘oh you shouldn’t have done that. You screwed yourself big time’ moment.

I love J. Sterling’s ability to write amazing characters. Even though i thought the book and romance was a little fast paced with the insta-love i thought the characters were strong. I usually roll my eyes at Insta-love but this one had me hooked from the get go.

The thing that drew me in and made me want to put this book in front of all others on my TBR list was this quote from the book.  I found this quote on goodreads!

Dear Heart, I Hate You is about finding true love when you least expect it and when you least want it in your life. If that is the kind of stories you like to read about pick this one up 🙂
