I'm always feeling a little bit behind when it comes to reading hyped books. By the time I usually get to these novels, the hype is strong, spoilers are out there, and there have been enough teasers to basically tell the tale itself. My mind automatically decides not to read these titles until the hype settles down a bit. Here are the books I want to read, but have been avoiding due to the hype surrounding them.

I picked this topic due to a book I just finished reading and reviewing. It made me realize, I have hundreds of books on my tbr physical shelf that were released so long ago! Hopefully this post will give me an incentive to read and remove these books from my unread shelf. We shall see.
