Wild Desire is a fake relationship, age gap, steamy romance between an ex-military biker and the curvy girl he refuses to give up.
Paul, also known as Specs has had his sights set on Cassie since the moment he saw her sitting by herself reading a novel. But he’s always felt too intimidated to talk about more than the interest they share, reading. This is the main feature of the story and I was here for it! But, I would have loved to see more of this element throughout the novella. I’m selfish and I wanted more, that is the main reasoning behind why I gave this novel a four star rating.
But that’s enough of the tiny negative notions. Now lets jump into the positive. I loved watching Cassie come out of her shell. She was this shy woman that blossomed with security and self confidence. I loved witnessing the beauty within all the stages. And then we have Paul, I loved the fact that Paul was outside the box of what a hero looks like. I loved the shy side and the protective side.
Overall, I really did love everything about both characters, I just wanted more detail and more dialogue between the two. I wasn’t ready to see their story come to an end. I wanted more. Now, I have one more book left in this series to finish, and I’m intrigued after reading the epilogue in this novel. I have a feeling Sidney and Vikings story is going to be crazy in Wild Return!! I can’t wait!!
