So Long, October!
It has been a busy month. First, Mr. Man and I are about to wrap up our final home project of 2023! I’m a tad bit excited to take a break on the home projects. My brain is on mental exhaustion overload right now. We still have our final project to do, which is choosing our new front door and side door. Am I the only one that thinks the front door is a huge deal when it comes to renovations. I feel like the front door sets the whole focal point of the house. So with that in mind, it’s been pretty stressful… and have you seen the price of doors lately!? Holy crow, their on another level!
With all the winterizing and renovating, I didn’t read as many books as I had initially planned this month. I wanted to read ten books, but sadly, I only read five… With my life starting to slow down a bit, I think I’ll have more time to read. (wishful thinking)

You might not have read a lot, but you’ve read some good ones.
It doesn’t surprise me doors are expensive. Everything seems to be.
I have to agree with you on that one, last month was filled with great reads.
Everything is ridiculously expensive, but thank the lord, the cost of material has come down a little bit… here in Michigan. When we first started renovating our home we had to pick and choose carefully which rooms to renovate first and which projects to save for a few years from now.
