Synopsis:

Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestselling author Ryan Michele brings an intense, sensual motorcycle club romance with an alpha male biker and a strong heroine set on vengeance.

Revenge always comes at a price—

Harlow aka Princess spent the last two years locked up for a crime she didn’t commit.

Revenge has consumed her thoughts vowing payback for those who put her behind bars. Now, she’s out, going home to her family—the Ravage MC. Retribution is coming.

Former MarineCruz knows what it means to lose it all. What this single dad found in the Ravage Motorcycle Club is a home, a family for him and his son.

He protects them at all costs.

When these two head strong people meet in the club’s garage, he’s caught off guard. She’s there on a mission.

Anger and challenge combust around them, the push and pull only igniting the flames brighter, hotter.

Princess refuses to give into the lust.

Cruz demands to have her.

Each not giving in to the other. There is no stopping a motorcycle man when he knows what he wants. Not even a strong, independent self-assured woman can stop him.

Danger threatens everything they stand for, ripping through what they’ve each built with the Ravage MCTables are turned and the person who framed Princess is out for blood. Not just hers, but those Princess cares about.

Innocent lives are at stake. One wrong move from either of them means death in the Ravage MC family. One they will never come back from.

It could cost them everything.

Ravage Me is the first book in Ryan Michele’s Ravage MC Series. I’ve been searching for an MC series that brings not only the grit and all of the dark vibes but also the sex appeal. This book has been on my kindle for an embarrassingly long time and I finally gave it the chance it deserved! So let’s get started with this review. I’ve made an executive decision to not dive too deep into what this book is about due to spoilers. Believe me when I say, the suspense in this novel can be spoiled very easily without even trying. So trust my word on that.

Harlow is known as the princess of the Ravage Motorcycle Club. And the Ravage MC’s princess has finally been released from jail and is ready to wreak havoc once again! What Harlow doesn’t anticipate is the newly patched in brother, Cruz and his little boy and the heart they are about to steal from her chest. Honestly, I loved Harlow and her stubborn vibes. She was the true form of a badass. I loved the fact that she doesn’t let people walk all over her. However, given the fact that she was raised in the club life, she knows when her opinions on matters involving the MC are warranted and when they aren’t wanted. I loved how deep into the club life this woman was. Usually the club life revolves around the heroes in novels, it was a nice change to see this woman treated like a sister of the club!

And then we have Cruz! I loved how protective this man was towards those he holds nearest and dearest to his heart. I also loved the fact that he has a little boy. However, one reason why I dropped my rating down to three stars is the fact that I wanted more one on one time with Cruz and his son. I wanted to see the father/son interactions. I wanted to see the dedications Cruz felt towards his son. But sadly, those parts were few and far between. The fact that this man wears his alphamale persona was one of my favorite things about his character.

Another reasoning behind why I gave this novel three stars is due to the fact of way too much going on towards the end. It was easy to predict the ending with all that was going on throughout. I wanted more from that suspense element.

Overall, I can easily say I liked this novel and even loved certain aspects of Cruz and Harlow’s story. But unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to bring my rating up higher than 3 stars. I wanted more chemistry between the characters and I needed more of a connection between Cruz and Harlow. Hopefully I love the second book better than the third. I’m almost certain I will, but you  never know!
