What Are You Currently Reading?
I’m currently reading two books at the moment. My current bedside read is Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire. A few weeks back, Mr. Man and I had a date night. We went to see Beautiful Disaster in theaters and ever since watching the movie, I’ve been dying to experience the one and only Travis Maddox again. From a fan of the novel’s point of view, the movie was a bit of a let down. From the eyes of someone who has never read the book before (Mr. Man) the movie was pretty good. I’m going to, eventually, get him to read Walking Disaster (Travis Maddox’s point of view) and then we’ll have a conversation about which is better. | My daytime read is This Is Forever by Natasha Madison! I’m making it another mission of mine to read all of Natasha’s Hockey romances. I’m a few chapters into this one, and so far I’m really enjoying it!
What Did You Recently Finish Reading?
Since my last WWW Wednesday post, I finished one book…. The book I finished was Perfect Enemy by M. Robinson! I loved the dark and deadly vibe that Jace and Cove’s romance held. I loved situations in this novel that I expected to hate, take for instance the 20 year age gap…. Usually, age gaps this far apart really set me off. A couple of novels I’ve read in the past with a 20+ year age gap ended up creeping me out, big time! But this age gap worked for Jace and Cove! I loved her resilience and his stubbornness. I loved the fact that Jace was this super alpha asshole with a chip on his shoulder, and his little sister’s best friend was the one woman who dug her claws into him. The forbidden vibe is hyped throughout the duration of the novel, and it does not disappoint! If you love edgy romances with twists and turns, I highly recommend you run to whichever retailer you buy books from and purchase Perfect Enemy today!
What Do You Plan On Reading Next?

Next up on my reading list is Almost Beautiful by Jamie McGuire! I’m intrigued and excited to see more of Abby and Travis! I can’t wait to dive into this one, and this will be my next read! I’m also planning on readingย A Dirty Businessย and A Cruel Arrangement by Tijan next! I have a strong feeling it’s going to be a great reading week!
