Question of the Day? | What is the one standalone you recommend the most to readers?

Today marks day 5 of my Question of the Day Journey!
Yesterday I discussed what book series I would chose if I could only read one series for the rest of my life! So today I thought it would be only fiting to talk about standalone romance novels! It’s exceedingly hard to find a standalone novel in the romance world these days. It seems like every book that hits the shelves is written within a series. So let’s get started!

Question Of The Day:
What is the one standalone you recommend the most to readers?

My Answer:

Most of the romance novels I read are written within a series. I decided to challenge myself today with this question. The one standalone that comes to mind is A Thousand Boy Kisses by Tillie Cole. I recommended this book to everyone I knew that loved reading romance! Granted, I’m not sure how many of those actually read the book or not.

A Thousand Boy Kisses was my first Tillie Cole novel, And believe me when I say, she left a mark on my heart with this romance! I remember feeling an overwhelming sense of heartbreak while reading this book. I also remember trying to review this book and having the hardest time trying to review this novel without spoiling anyone! There were an embarrassing amount of tears being shed while reading this one!

So, be warned, if you prefer not to ugly cry in public, I highly recommend you read this one when you have some down time!
