I couldn’t decide how I wanted to do this post today. In the past several weeks I added a great deal to my book collections, both physical and eBook. So in order to not have to choose I decided to throw them all in one book update! Here are my 5 newest physical books added to my collection, along with my 10 newest eBooks! The best of both worlds!!
5 Most Recent Paperbacks Added to My Book Collection
I received five books from a few family members for Christmas.
YES!! I can’t tell you how excited I was to receive Obsession by Helen Hardt this year! I’ve been wanting to continue with Talon Steels story and now I did! If you are curious to know what I thought about Obsession, you can check out my review here! I also received Breathless by Helen Hardt! This is the tenth book in the series and the start of Marjorie Steel’s point of view. I’m currently six books in this series and I’m highly anticipating the Steel sister’s point of view!!

As a romance reader, a couple of these books are a little outside of my reading choice genre, but I’m excited to give a new genre a fighting chance!

And last but not least, my sister once again enabled my hidden obsession with a hardcover copy of The Wish by Nicholas Sparks! Between you and me, I’ve been collecting Nicholas Sparks hardcovers for close to five years now! I love the look of these covers, not to mention this author rips my heart out repeatedly with every story. Yeah, I know he gets a bad rep for killing off his main characters at the end of almost every single book.. but to me, that’s what makes his stories so intriguing. Life is just as messy as it is hard, and I love the fact that he gives me the messy with every story. It brings a little bit of reality into the romance genre. Not every relationships ends with a happily ever after. So a huge thank you goes to my sister for once again, enabling my love for these books!

I just read a Now and Then review and it wasn’t their favorite, but I have read other books by her and loved them. Hopefully this one is a good one for you. I’ll be curious to see what you think of it and the others.
