There’s one mistake you don’t make at Prescott High, not unless you want me to ruin you.
Do not touch my beautifully broken Havoc Boys.
Harbin, Fadler, Channing-Blackbird, Montauk, and Park.
Death stalks the halls of Prescott High.
Once upon a time, my best friend betrayed me. For over a year, I let that two-faced bitch go.
But not anymore.
This time, she’s stirred up the devil in me.
We’re finishing up my list; we’re setting our sights higher; we’re taking control of this city.
The VGTF, the detective, the pretty young cop.
It doesn’t matter.
Because we are Havoc, and I no longer have limits.
My boys have corrupted me, and we’re more than happy to bathe in the blood of our enemies.
My Review
Anarchy At Prescott High by C.M. Stunich is the fourth series in The Havoc Boys series, and should be read only after reading the first three books in the series.
Bernadette is on a mission to bring all those who wronged her, down. But she’s now starting to realize, maybe calling Havoc wasn’t such a good idea after all… Throughout this novel, we are able to witness Bernadette suffer with the demons of her past indiscretions. We also bear witness to her boys of havoc stepping up to the plate and being the men she needs… However, with an old threat out of the way, there’s always a new and deadlier threat willing to step in and take that place. A threat that could damn near destroy Bernadette, Victor, Hael, Oscar, Aaron, and Callum’s relationship as a group. . . Oh who am I kidding, they can easily try, but there is no one who has the ability to dismantle Havoc… I hope?
The more I read of this series, the more I’m loving the relationship between Bernadette and each of the boys of havoc! Each boy brings something different to the table and to Havoc’s relationship with Bernadette. Victor brings the control, Oscar brings the myster, Hael brings the playful cockiness, Aaron brings the sense of safety, and Callum brings some serious protector vibes to the table. These are all attributes Bernadette was missing in her life before she called Havoc. Now she has everything she wanted, and well, the girl may have bit off more than she thought she could chew.
The beginning of Anarchy picks up right where Mayhem left off, and believe me when I say, Mayhem left off with one series bombshell of a cliffhanger. Without spoiling anyone all I’m going to say is the bombshell of a battle was epic and worrisome! This was another occasion where I had no idea which way C.M. Stunich was going to spin this moment. Talk about having her readers on the edge of their seats. I was definitely sitting on the edge of mine.
I do have to say, there was another slow period after the epic battle and that is why I dropped a star and gave this one a four star rating. But don’t you worry, C.M. Stunich knows how to rev the element of surprise up. And without spoiling anyone… yet again… I’ll leave you all with this; That ending was adrenaline pumping brutality! I DIDN’T SEE IT COMING!! WHAT THE EVER-LOVING HOLY HELL!!! I’m still sitting here stunned out of my mind! Now I’ll be spending the night devouring the final book in this series… VICTORY AT PRESCOTT HIGH!!!

SO you found that lull too. Glad it wasn’t just me. Other than that, it felt like there was so much interesting drama. I also liked her with each guy more. Great review!
