Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined Evie and King together!!!! Holy hell, this one was a crazy ride!

In the previous books we learn that King is Lily’s legitimate father, and he plans on fulfilling that role, the first thing on his agenda is getting Shade out of the picture. He’s soon to realize fate has other plans for him besides seeking revenge.

Evie was one of the first women to join The Last Riders and that’s where her loyalty will always lay, but lately she’s finding there is something missing in her life. When she sets her sights on King, she’s about to realize maybe the something missing, is the man standing in front of her.

Evia and King came out of know where and I couldn’t have been any happier! These two are legit perfect for each other. Their both strong willed and stubborn as hell. I love how King is now trying to be the father that Lily always deserved, even though he’s trying to take down my main man….

Throughout this novel, I was waiting for the inevitable showdown between Shade and King, sadly though, I found the ‘showdown’ to be anticlimactic. I however, have a feeling that this isn’t the only showdown I’m about to witness between the two.

Overall, this was a great read with danger around every corner! King shined a new light on Evie showing her vulnerability. I didn’t really care for Evie until I finished this novel and finally got an insight to why she is the way she is. I now understand why her loyalty is so freaking strong to the club. They were the only ones to fight for her and protect her. It was humbling and admirable. Now I can’t wait to see the shit that goes down between her and her CRAZZZZZZY sister, Brooke! I have a feeling i’m in for a wild ride!
