Hitched is the fourth book in the Steele Rance series. This book can be read as a standalone.
When I first read the synopsis for Hitched, I was thrilled. We have yet to meet characters in this series who are into the world of bdsm. Usually, I have found myself straying from the subgenre. There are so many novels in this category that it’s easy for the storylines to fade into the background. But with two Dominate’s how could I not be intrigued. Let me also say, Hitched is a menage romance as is all the books in the Steele Ranch series. However, this book only includes MFM and MF scenes. There are no MM scenes within this book.
King and Wilder fell in love with Sarah the first time they spotted her, the only problem being she was a teenager. they never acted on that love, due to the fact that she was underage. So they settled to love her from afar until she is an adult.
Sarah has loved King and Wilder since she was a young girl, but she’s always felt her feelings toward these two men are wrong. Not only are they older than her, but she’s also in love with the both of them. After dating each man separately, she finds shes looking for more than just chaste kisses. She wants the forbiddenness that is promised in the world of bdsm. She wants to be controlled.
After a night at a bdsm club, she unexpectedly runs into King and Wilder and an offer gets thrown on the table. If she wants to experience the life, she’ll experience it with them, and only them.
I adored these characters, King and Wilder are gentlemen with a serious sexy side. These two men know exactly how to treat a lady…inside the bedroom and out of the bedroom. I couldn’t get enough of these two. I have to say though, I was a little disappointed with this novel. I mean, yeah, it was sexy as hell! But I felt the sexiness covered up the actual storyline and the bdsm moments were really tame, compared to some of the novels out there.
Overall, I loved the characters but I wanted and needed more from this storyline.
