Bloodlines is the fifth novel in the Sin City Outlaws series. This time its computer whiz, Mac’s turn to find love!

Throughout the Sin City Outlaws series M.N. Forgy has taken rough ass male leads with a distraught past and found a way to make her readers fall in love with each and every one…yes…even Machete. It was hard to choose a favorite…until now!

I knew from the start of Mac’s story that this story…his story..was going to be my favorite, and it was. Mac’s background story is heartbreaking, but the tale of how his life started so tragic needed to be told. I may have shed a few tears for this little boy who basically raised himself and in the end found himself trying to survive on the streets. Until DeLuca found him. I loved seeing Mac and Zeek in the very beginning at such a young age.

Then we have Simone’s start. Her’s is the complete opposite of Mac’s. Simone grew up wanting for nothing in luxury. But at the tender age of eight years old, she learns that her father has arranged for her to marry satan himself, Veer, when she comes to age. Veer is a ruthless asshole, even at a young age he showed just what he was capable of.

Jumping forward to the here and now. Mac is now a member of the Sin City Outlaws and Simone is desperate to do whatever it takes to get out of this arranged marriage, even if it means dirtying herself up a little. This is where Kane and Gatz come into the picture and HOLY HELL this is one of the hottest scenes in the novel!!! I couldn’t get enough of Kane, Gatz, and Simone! Now Simone finds herself in hiding and pregnant, and Mac finds himself being a live in babysitter until Simone has the baby and they can determine who’s the father and what club the baby belongs to.

OMG!!! Mac and Simone are everything I love about reading and reviewing romance novels. This novel had me on the edge of my seat hoping like hell Mac would pull his head out of his ass to see a good thing when he’s got it.

Overall, Mac and Simone deserve all the five stars I just gave them. I loved witnessing the slow build between the two. I loved the connection and most of all I loved Mac and his alpha protective side when it came to Simone and the baby!!

I highly recommend Bloodlines!!!
