Title: Becoming Mrs. Lockwood
Author: K.I. Lynn
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Released: January 30th, 2017
My Rating: 4 stars
Synopsis (Goodreads):
Every girl has dreams of meeting Prince Charming, or at least I know I did.
A fairy tale-like meeting of love at first sight.
Real life and fairy tales are very different.
I’m just a small town Indiana girl that had a chance encounter with one of Hollywood’s golden boys. You may think you know where this story goes—not even close.
Life is different. Marriage is hard. It’s even worse when you’re strangers.

What happens in Vegas…Doesn’t always stay in Vegas.
Wren is eighteen years old and finds her self vacationing in Las Vegas with her mother. The only issue with that is there isn’t much for an eighteen year old to do in Vegas. Especially when her mother is MIA and casino bound. Wren never expected to meet a stranger in a Starbucks. She never expected touring the wax museums and having a day full of laughs. She especially didn’t expect him to ask her to dinner and drink champagne. But what she didn’t expect the most was to wake up the next morning with a wedding band on her ring finger and a hunk of a man in her bed who turns out to be none other than Hollywood’s sexiest star!
Okay so this novel is a little far fetched but why the hell not, right?
It’s fun to imagine the princess fairy-tale.
I was totally hooked in from the very first page. I loved Wren and Weston. Even though there is a HUGE age gap between the two i loved the fact that they felt a connection and just went with it. Then they could have taken the easy way out and had the marriage annulled but no they decided to fly with that also and see where this connection leads them.
I loved the supporting characters in this novel, i loved Wren’s mom and how she was for Wren and Weston seeing where this went (even though she is 100% against marrying young). I especially loved Wren’s dad and his sense of calling people out on their shit.
My heart broke for Weston when Wren’s dad forced the truth out of him. I loved the emotion that was portrayed in that scene. Flawless beauty.
At such a young age i really liked the fact that Wren seemed older than what she actually was. There were a couple parts where i thought she was childish but other than that i loved her maturity.
Becoming Mrs. Lockwood kept me intrigued and guessing. I can’t wait to read more from K.I. Lynn in the future!
