Blair Walton isn’t your average curvaceous tattooed children’s librarian. She’s also one half of bestselling romance author, Scarlet Rose. Along with her BFF Raine, she spends her nights writing books so steamy, she’s afraid they would shock her Southern conservative grandmother to death . . . if she knew about them. That’s why she and Raine write in secret.

On deadline for their latest book and out of ideas, Raine suggests (demands) that Blair find a guy and “do some research.” Declan Bennet has all the qualifications: He’s British, looks fabulous in a suit, has glorious blue eyes and gets bonus points for being an amazing single dad to his adorable son, Drake. But what starts out as a research project quickly turns into something much more. And Blair’s not the only one with secrets.

The last person Griffin Shipley expects to find stuck in a ditch on his Vermont country road is his ex-hookup. Five years ago theyโ€™d shared a couple of steamy nights together. But that was a lifetime ago.

At twenty-seven, Griff is now the accidental patriarch of his family farm. Even his enormous shoulders feel the strain of supporting his mother, three siblings and a dotty grandfather. He doesnโ€™t have time for the sorority girl whoโ€™s shown up expecting to buy his harvest at half price.

Vermont was never in Audrey Kidderโ€™s travel plans. Neither was Griff Shipley. But she needs a second chance with the restaurant conglomerate employing her. Okayโ€”a fifth chance. And no self-righteous lumbersexual farmer will stand in her way.

Theyโ€™re adversaries. They want entirely different things from life. Too bad their sexual chemistry is as hot as Audreyโ€™s top secret enchilada sauce, and then some.

Mirror, mirror โ€ฆ whoโ€™s the fairest of them all?

I still cringe when I hear that line. A fairy tale that had girls pretending they were the fairest, the most beautiful, and the most entitled. A fairy tale most couldnโ€™t grow out of turned my haunted childhood memories into a living nightmare. Girls who grew up believing that pile of garbage became the meanest of all โ€˜mean girls.โ€™

And those mean girls were right โ€“ it was a line meant for all the beautiful people in the world โ€“ and I knew the answer would never be me.

The women with long legs, flat stomachs, and perfect chests.

The type of women Kane Masters gravitated toward.

Well, thatโ€™s definitely not Willow Tate.

No. That will never be me.

Because Iโ€™m completely imperfect.

And โ€ฆ I hate myself.

I have no idea what Kane could possibly see in someone like mewhen he could have them.

To everyone who knows him, West Ashby has always been that guy: the cocky, popular, way-too-handsome-for-his-own-good football god who led Lawton High to the state championships. But while West may be Big Man on Campus on the outside, on the inside heโ€™s battling the grief that comes with watching his father slowly die of cancer.

Two years ago, Maggie Carletonโ€™s life fell apart when her father murdered her mother. And after she told the police what happened, she stopped speaking and hasnโ€™t spoken since. Even the move to Lawton, Alabama, couldnโ€™t draw Maggie back out. So she stayed quiet, keeping her sorrow and her fractured heart hidden away.

As Westโ€™s pain becomes too much to handle, he knows he needs to talk to someone about his fatherโ€”so in the dark shadows of a post-game party, he opens up to the one girl who he knows wonโ€™t tell anyone else.

West expected that talking about his dad would bring some relief, or at least a flood of emotions he couldnโ€™t control. But he never expected the quiet new girl to reply, to reveal a pain even deeper than his ownโ€”or for them to form a connection so strong that he couldnโ€™t ever let her goโ€ฆ

From #1 New York Times bestselling author Colleen Hoover, a new novel about risking everything for loveโ€”and finding your heart somewhere between the truth and lies.

At age twenty-one, Auburn Reed has already lost everything important to her. In her fight to rebuild her shattered life, she has her goals in sight and there is no room for mistakes. But when she walks into a Dallas art studio in search of a job, she doesnโ€™t expect to find a deep attraction to the enigmatic artist who works there, Owen Gentry.

For once, Auburn takes a chance and puts her heart in control, only to discover that Owen is keeping a major secret from coming out. The magnitude of his past threatens to destroy everything important to Auburn, and the only way to get her life back on track is to cut Owen out of it.

To save their relationship, all Owen needs to do is confess. But in this case, the confession could be much more destructive than the actual sin.
