Blurb:

The minute any woman walks into my bar, I can tell two things about her: what she wants to drink, and how she likes to f*ck.

I’m Cash: bartender at the hottest bar in Atlanta. I’ve got girls lining up around the block, and they all know the rules: no strings, no promises, and no morning-after snuggling. You want brunch? Call your sister. You want the best sex of your life? Call me. Or better yet, just drop by the bar anytime. Clothing optional.

There’s a reason they call me a sexy bastard.
And yes, I really am that good.

My Review.

I came across this series when i was browsing goodreads. This first book Hard was an okay read for me. It wasn’t my favorite but i didn’t hate it so i thought i’d give Cash a try.

I’ve had this book on my kindle for what seems like forever. I kept putting it on the back burner…that is until yesterday when i found it and decided to read it.

I was pleasantly surprised to find i actually really enjoyed this book.

Cash is a sexy manwhore bartender that can get any girl he wants…i know, i know…the story line has been done before…. right?

WRONG!!!

Cash is hiding who he really is from everyone.

After his father screwed a lot of people out of a lot of money Cassius  runs from his old life and in a way reinvents himself. He has a career he loves (Mixologist) a new place (Apartment above the bar) and a new name (Cash). He likes his life the way it is. Different girl every night. No strings. Until Savannah Sunday catches his eye.

Savannah is a spitfire hotshot entertainment lawyer who just had her heart broken and is now searching for the infamous ONE

After a series of horrible dates her eyes wander to Cash!

Hmm wonder what happens next? you’ll just have to read to find out 🙂

This book is low on angst which is exactly the kind of read i was looking for. It seems like lately all the books I’ve been reading have been highly angsty reads. Don’t get me wrong there were a couple of scenes that were angsty but you kind of knew they were coming. It isn’t like BOOM out of nowhere.

There are quite some steamy scenes also!

I loved Savannah and Cash’s playful banter. I think that is one of my favorite things in a novel. When the main characters have a playful friendship/relationship and it’s not all about Lust.

I will definitely be finishing this series and looking forward to what Eve Jagger writes in the future!

Peace Love and Happy Reading,
