My Thoughts:
Wow! Let’s start off this review by saying, Where the hell has Ronan Wolfe been all my life!? This man is the epitome of sex appeal! I couldn’t get enough of him!! AHHHHH! This book is exactly what I needed to bring me out of a severe book funk. Ronan and Brooklyn for the win!
I have to admit, Come Here And Kiss Me was a spur of the moment pick up and read type of book. I hadn’t really had my eye on this one, but I knew once I saw it, I had to read it. I went in without reading the blurb, and holy hell, I was shocked by that opening chapter. I knew from the start that Willow Winters and M. Robinson we’re going to bring the sizzle, and they didn’t disappoint! And another honest moment, If I would have seen this was labeled as a Professor/Student romance before diving into it, I probably would have set it back and moved on. This tends to be one of my least favorite tropes, unless it is done right. I’m happy to announce Winters and Robinson had me intrigued with this trope!
Throughout this novel I was left guessing, who captured the bar scene on video and who is the blackmailer…. OHHH, I loved the suspense and I can say with an honest heart, I did not see that outcome happening.
The only reasoning why I gave this book a 4 star rating is due to the fact that I wanted more of a showdown between Brooklyn and Ronan versus their fathers. What the dad’s did to them was inexcusable. I would have liked to see them pay a little more for their indiscretions.
Overall, if you are looking for a spicy read with a dirty talking alpha, I highly suggest you give this book a chance! I can’t wait to see what these authors have up their sleeves next!!
