Fireball is a continuation from the first book in the series, Smokeshow. I highly recommend you go read Smokeshow before diving into Fireball. Trust me, you will want to experience Blaise and Maddy’s story to the fullest. And because this is a continuation novel, I will not be diving into what this one is about due to spoilers.

What I will say, I absolutely adored Maddy and Blaise’s love for one another. Blaise’s alphamale persona steps it up a notch in Fireball. Which also increases Maddy’s stubborn personality. And I loved the back and forth between these two due to their high level personalities!! Abbi Glines brings the steam up a notch in this book! These two are sexy as sin!! And let’s not forget all the twists and turns within this novel! AH! I’m still obsessing over Fireball and it’s been days since I finished this one!

I don’t know what it is about this series that has me coming back for more time and time again?! This series feels different than what I’m used to with abbi glines. Not just the strong sexy scenes but the dark vibes are calling out to me! I’m loving this new darker and more dangerous version of Glines! I’m also going to throw this into the mix. If you are a fan of Yellowstone, I can almost guarantee you’ll love this series.

Honestly, it’s hard to write down my thoughts when it comes to Blaise and Maddy’s finale without giving away spoilers. My most favorite part was when a motorcycle club got in the mix!!! And that is all I’m going to say!!!

Overall, Fireball was an excellent read. Full of danger, desire, and deception; I found this one hard to put down! I highly recommend to all that love Mafia romances with a new adult/age gap twist!!
