Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted byย That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week is a new bookish category in which we get to brag about our favorite books that fit with the weekโs category. You can pick your top 5, 10, 15โฆor so on. I tend to keep my list to ten!
Todayโs category: Comfort Reads (Share which books or kinds of books you turn to when you need to escape. You can either share specific titles if you love to re-read, or you could share qualities of books you look for in a comfort read.)
Today’s Top Ten Tuesday is all about Comfort Reads. Whether it be a specific book or a genre, we all have those reads that we tend to grab when looking for that specific feeling. For me, that feeling lies within small town second chance romances and there’s an added layer of icing if the author brings along a surprise pregnancy/secret baby trope or has me laughing endlessly at all the wild antics. Below are tropes from authors I find myself gravitating towards when searching for a comfort read.
Today I decided to share all the books/series, in my line of comfort, I plan on re-reading in the near future.
Bishop Brothers Series – Kennedy Fox
Circle B Ranch Series – Kennedy Fox
Wreck My World – Victoria Ashley
Forever After All – Kaylee Ryan
Say You Swear – Meagan Brandy
He Loves Me…Knot – RC Boldt
Teardrop Shot – Tijan
Fool Me Once – Nicole Williams
No Tomorrow – Carian Cole
Hitched To The Gunslinger – Michelle McLean

Thank you!
Hitched to the Gunslinger has such a pretty cover.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
Yes! This was one of my favorite covers and releases of 2021!
I like to reread Tijan books for comfort. I haven’t reread Tear Drop Shot yet. I should do that one. I’ve done FCH series, Broken & Screwed series, Enemies, Hate to Love You, and Anti-Stepbrother.
Fallen Crest is one of my favorite *comfort read* series. I’ve read this series so many times, and it never gets old!
Same! I like to listen to it every once in a while now. At least once a year.
