Sunday Post (#2)

Welcome back everyone!

You all may have seen; I’ve been pretty absent for the past couple of weeks. Well after years and years of soul searching, Mr. Man and I decided it was time to move back home. And after years of looking and many sleepless nights, we finally found a home! Our wishes of moving back to the country life are coming true right before our very eyes. So, with all that being said, I’ve been packing up the three-bedroom house we currently live in. I’m so excited to start this next chapter in our lives, I just know it’ll be worth all of the anxiety and panic attacks suffered throughout the past year and a half in order for us to finally have something we can call our very own. 

And that’s why I’ve been absent for the past few weeks. I can say with all honestly, I’m not a great multitasker. Not great at all…. I’m going to do better and be better where my Blog is concerned. Thank you for sticking it out with me for this long!

Recently I read the Devil’s Playground Duet by Ashley Jade…. I’m going to be honest, I liked this duet, but it wasn’t a love for me. However, I did rate this duet a four star and that’s do to the ending that I didn’t see coming! I was floored by Eden’s actions! This woman brought her most fierce vibes! Her give a damn was BUSTED! Just for that ending, I’m thinking I’ll be reading some more books from this new-to-me author, Ashley Jade, in the future. | I also finished reading The Ritual by Shantel Tessier. Shantel is another new to me author! I can see I’ll be reading more from this author in the very near future! 

I also finished reading Home Run Baby by Tabatha Kiss. I gave this book a 3.5 Star rating, I liked it and It was almost a love. I just needed a bit more from this story to push it to the top…. I’m also currently reading the Dirty Angels MC Series by Jeanne St. James. So far I read Zak and Jag. I’m liking this series.. neither book has been a love… I’m still waiting for that diamond in the rough within this series

God Bless The Boy by Cody Johnson has been on repeat all week! Every time I hear this song, it makes me instantly think about my daddy.

This week I’ve been marathoning Unexpected. I don’t know why, but for some reason this show has caught my attention and sunk it’s claws in. It’s basically been on in the background while I packed up the bedroom, the office, and the guest bedroom. I started this series three days ago and I’m currently on season 3.

I am loving Kindle Unlimited right now! With all of my physical books packed and ready for the move, the KU subscription is absolutely perfect for my situation! This past week I added a few books to my list! Here are all my newest additions to my KU Library.

I added Thorn by Tracy Lorraine to my KU Library. This is the first book in the Rosewood High Series. The cover grasped my attention and the blurb intrigued me. Tracy Lorraine is a new to me author. I’m hoping this will be a great read! I also added the Campus Tales Series by Q.B. Tyler to my KU Library. After reading the blurbs for all three books, I’m intrigued! I can already predict this is going to be a great couple months with a lot of books to read from KU! I’m excited to read these new to me authors!
