Havoc At Prescott High is trouble with a capital T!

One word that should never be spoken at Prescott High is HAVOC. The mere mention of that two syllable word Imagine everybody’s fear and surprise when Bernadette comes busting through the front doors on the first day of school invoking Havoc. She knows the consequences of uttering that word, this girl is okay with the outcome because she has nothing left to lose. Desperate times call for desperate measures and invoking Havoc is her only way out.
Hael, Aaron, Victor, Oscar, and Callum make-up the gang, HAVOC. The five men are feared if you’re on the wrong side of their game. They don’t accept any deal without payment. Bernadette was once on the wrong side of Havoc. She was tortured, teased, and manipulated,from a deal by a girl who had a green monster on her shoulder. So she knows exactly what Havoc is capable of. What Bernadette doesn’t know is the leader of Havoc, Victor, may want more of Bernadette than she’s willing to give up. Some prices may just be too high to pay…
My Thoughts:
Holy Hell…. I can honestly say I had no idea what to expect when I first picked up this book and series. After reading the blurb I assumed I would like it and maybe even love it, but holy hell, I never imagined I’d feel this overwhelming addiction to a series I just started. From the suspense to the dark and gritty vibes, I loved it all!! We’re getting into fall mode and I tend to find myself reaching for darker romances. Whew, if you love dark romances, with dangerous vibes and loads of suspense this is definitely a book/series that should be on your radar.
The first thing that pulled me into this series was the cover. It popped up on my recommended kindle unlimited books and I knew at first sight I needed this book on my kindle and in my head. I’m thrilled I took the chance on a fairly new to me author. I’ve been reading second chance sweet romances lately, it was time to jump over the line and binge on some darkness. C.M. Stunich freaking amazed me!! I’m legit obsessed now!!
I’m going to pause here and take a moment to warn those who are easily triggered, Havoc At Prescott High is a bully romance with a reverse harem theme, meaning one girl and numerous love interests. If this isn’t something you enjoy in your reading, I highly recommend you move on to your next read. I usually don’t like to turn people away from novels, but the bullying aspect in this one can be a bit extreme.
Bernadette has nothing in the world but her strength to see the people who wronged her and her family pay. Ever since her sister’s suicide and her discovery of why her sister took her life, Bernadette has lost trust and faith in those around her. Instead her days are fed through dreams of revenge and thoughts of payback. In her town and her school the most extreme way to make anyone suffer is to invoke Havoc on them.
The gang Havoc is made up of five ruthless guys, all with different temperaments and strategies. Hael, Aaron, Victor, Oscar, and Callum are as ruthless as they come and they don’t do anything without getting something in return. Bernadette has learned this fact the hard way, she was once on the receiving end of Havoc. She dealt with their bullying ways and methods of torture. They are the only ones who have the ability to help her with her goal, eliminating those who wronged her and who have wronged her sister. Bernadette knows the ins and outs of Havoc and she’ll do anything the boys ask of her in order to gain her own revenge…. Even if it means stepping over the line of what’s right and what’s wrong.
Victor Channing is the most ruthless of all in Havoc. He leads with a vicious fist and a steel grip. Sexy as Sin with destruction in his eyes. Once he sets his sights on something he wants, he does everything in his power to make it his. When he agrees to Bernadette’s havoc his own terms are what sets Bernadette and the rest of Havoc’s heads to spin. They’ll do her bidding, but she becomes one of them. She becomes a havoc girl.
And this is the moment my head began to spin!
I loved the fact that even through her fear, Bernadette’s backbone was as strong as steel. I also loved the enemies to lovers theme throughout this novel. Bernadette wants to hate the five boys, but throughout the novel she realizes she’s not so different from havoc. She finds a connection in each of them. And believe me when I say I have a feeling this is going to end in a huge cluster-f*ck…. I cannot wait for the drama this is going to eventually bring. Five guys all falling in love with one girl.. Let me rephrase that…. Five ALPHA males falling in love with one STUBBORN AS SIN girl… Yep, that’s a match made in hell if there ever was one.
Alright, I’ll stop my rambling for the time being. Just know if you’re looking for a ruthlessly dark romance with trouble lurking around each and every corner, I highly recommend you read Havoc At Prescott High!! I do have to say, this novel does end with a huge cliffhanger…. So I guess it’s a good thing I waited until the five books were released! I’m currently reading Chaos At Prescott High, and I’m loving the hell out of this one. C.M. Stunich is definitely taking this dark vibe seriously… Oh my mercy!

So normally I would probably not pick up a reverse harem series, but you really have me wanting to try the first book based on how addictive you said it was. I think I will give the first book a try and see if I can handle it. Great review!
