I’m Crucifixio Martinez.

Sinful Arrangement…Holy Hell, Cruz and Sienna’s story is FIRE!!!! From the love scenes to the built up action, this one had me on the edge of my seat. 

Crucifixio (Cruz) Martinez is a force to be reckoned with. This is a man who grew up and was raised on the side of light is now finding himself venturing towards darkness, in order to gain answers. He’s at war with himself between being the man he was always meant to be against being the man he wants to be. Moral of the story, you can’t be El Diablo’s son and not have a little of El Diablo in yourself. So it would only be fitting to find a spitfire with an independent streak and a feisty personality to match with his dominant personality. And that feisty personality belongs to Sienna ‘Sin’ Luciano. 

There are two wages, but only one war. A reckoning. 

Cruz and Sienna are fire and gasoline. You know once that flame ignites there’s going to be an explosion like no other, so you do what you can to keep that match away… yet it still tempts you, just like the serpent in the garden of Eden. It’s a temptation you know you’re going to succumb too. The situation doesn’t start with an if but with a when. When will you give in to temptation… 

I went into this novel with a war rattling around in my brain. I went into this novel thinking to myself, there can only be one El Diablo and Alejandro Martinez is and will forever be that man…. Well, M. Robinson just blew that theory out of the water! The devil himself has just handed down his fiery crown. Make room on your shelves because this man is coming in hard and hot.

Now onto what I loved about Sinful Arrangement.

I loved the slow burn between Cruz and Sienna! The one sided enemies to lovers vibe is strong with this one. Sienna is a headstrong independent woman. She dreams of the day she officially turns eighteen. She has plans to walk away from her father and from the mafia life, she has plans to gain her freedom… But those plans are shot all to hell when Crucifixio Martinez sets his sights on her. Her freedom is quickly looking like a prison sentence when her father informs her, she is to marry Crucifixio on her eighteenth birthday. To be honest, I’m not usually a fan of the arranged marriage trope, but there’s something about this one that had me on the edge of my seat.

I also loved the glimpses of Alejandro and Lexi! These two were my favorite above all other M. Robinson characters! Even through all the devastation, they were a sight for sore eyes! I loved getting a look into their lives as they grew older. It’s like meeting up with an old friend.

I rated this novel 4 stars simply because I wanted more of the heated passion between Sienna and Cruz we felt in the last half of the novel. I’m all about slow burns, but this one really got under my skin. I wanted more of the down and dirty vibes.

I tried to keep this review as spoiler free as I possibly could. I do have to say, if you decide to read El Diablo II, you should go in completely blind and unsuspecting.

If you loved Alejandro Martinez’s story there is no doubt in my mind, you will love his son, Crucifixio Martinez’s story just as much!
