Choose Me was everything I anticipated plus so much more! Hollis hooked me from the start and Magnolia’s sweetness kept me on the line. Such a great best friends to lovers romance. This novel touches a place right in the center of my heart. You see, I too fell in love with my best friend. We first met in preschool and even had a pretend wedding 😉 So to say this novel pulled all my heartstrings is an understatement. I LOVED IT!

When I first read the blurb for Choose Me by RC Boldt, I knew immediately I had to have this book in my hands. I’ve literally been counting down the days until this bad boy released. Normally when a book releases I devour it, but Choose Me was different. I found myself reading this book slower than normal. I wanted to take everything in. I was consumed by every emotion.

Choose Me is the story of two best friends as they venture and grow together in this cold world. One boy (Hollis) who will do everything in his power to get one girl (Magnolia) to see she is perfect in every way possible. Of course with every relationship whether it be romantic or friendship, your going to go through growing pains. No matter what stage they are in their lives Magnolia and Hollis’s friendship stood up to every obstacle that was thrown in their path.

I can’t get over how much I loved this slow burn romance. My heart raced wildly with every page I turned. I knew just from the blurb and the prologue that my heart would be caught in the crossfire, but I still jumped in with both feet. I honestly have never read a novel so raw and true when faced with a childhood friendship turned to teenage puppy love turned to a love so strong nothing can break through it. I immediately fell of Hollis and Magnolia’s story!

To all those that love a great childhood friends to lovers timeline story, I highly recommend you dive into this one. I can see myself reading this one numerous times in the very near future. RC Boldt stole a piece of my heart with this one.
