I’m Currently Reading:
I’m currently reading an advanced copy of Passion & Ink by Naima Simone. This is the second book in the Sweetest Taboo seriously, and holy hell am I addicted. I’m nearing the 50% mark and I’m beyond blown away by not only the emotion and angst but also the freaking sexual tension. If you’re a fan of the ‘I have the hots for my step-sibling’ trope, you definitely need to PreOrder this bad boy today!

I Recently Finished:
I’ve finished 3 books by Jamie Begley since my last WWW Wednesday Post. The first book was Merry Blissmas. Honestly, I was a tad bit let down by this novel. I’ve been curious to read Bliss’s back story since the moment she was mentioned in the novel. Sadly, this wasn’t the way I expected her book to go. It was alright, but wasn’t my favorite. I gave Merry Blissmas a 3 out of 5 star rating.

I also finished reading Hostage by Jamie Begley! Jackal and Penni’s story was one of my most anticipated in this whole damn series and holy hell was this novel a wild ride! I legit can’t get enough of Penni and her need to undermine everything Jackal says. I laughed so freaking hard at the endless back and forth. She definitely gave him a run for his money. I gave Hostage a 4.5 out of 5 star rating.

And lastly, I finished a copy of Winter’s Touch by Jamie Begley. Oh my lord, what an emotional roller coaster. I legit can’t get over how much Winter and Viper’s story actually got to me. This couple has been through hell and back and when you think they finally found their inevitable happiness…BAM….devastation strikes. But don’t let that put you off reading this book if you’re interested. They do get a happily ever after in the end. I gave Winter’s Touch a 5 out of 5 Star rating!

I have a few advanced copies on my tbr I have to get through and review before next week. I’ll probably read those first and then I’ll jump into the next book in my author backlist challenge, which is, Train’s Clash by Jamie Begley!
