**ARC received to review honestly**
There is nothing that I love more in life than the feeling of opening a book and knowing the story is going to be epic…even before I start reading. Love, Sincerely, Yours is exactly what I need in my reading time of need. I needed to get out of the angst cloud I’ve been living under lately and dive into something hilariously wicked and that’s exactly what Peyton and Rome brought to the table!
About Love, Sincerely, Yours:
Peyton has dreams the size of an ocean. She dreams of opening her own business and controlling the marketing world. But the only obstacle standing in her way is in the form of her drop dead sexy as sin boss, Rome Blackburn.
Rome Blackburn is a hardass, or so that’s what he wants his employees to think. He prides himself on being feared and being the CEO of a fortune 500.
When Peyton Leveque walks into his office with her two weeks notice and throwing around offers. Rome acts as his typical asshole self and declines all of her offers.
On a drunken girls night out, Peyton expels all of her secret desires and she and her girls devise a plan. With only two weeks left Peyton decides to type out an email with an unknown email address declaring all of her fantasies and desires and sends it to her boss.
My Thoughts:
On an honesty note, I used to despise office romances. I never understood the concept or the enjoyment of hooking up with your boss. To me, it seemed like this trope would be very predictable with little to no element of surprise. Well, let me tell you, that shit all changed a year or two ago when I picked up my first office romance and gave it a read and it continues as I read more and more of this trope. Love, SIncerely, Yours is a tad bit on the predictable side but the humor that come along with Peyton and Rome’s story is something that can’t be forgotten. These two are perfect! I instantly fell in love with Peyton’s spitfire attitude and her ability to go toe to toe with Rome.
I’ve been a fan of Meghan Quinn since I read my first book by her. Sara Ney is still a fairly new to me author so when I first started reading Love, SIncerely, Yours I had no idea what to expect from these two authors as a unit. I have to say, I was Immediately swept up and a goner from the start.
Overall, I loved the dynamic of a Peyton and Rome. These two are a match made in…heaven…..maybe Hell, give or take a few miles!
