Good morning everyone. I’m officially behind with my weekly posts. This week has been seriously one of the most hectic weeks I’ve had this year. Since it’s Saturday, you know what that means…Another Down The TBR Hole and another opportunity to cleanse my never ending Goodreads tbr. Before I start let me break this down for you.
Down The TBR Hole is a bookish meme created by Lia @ Lost In A Story. Each Saturday, or for how long it takes to cleanse my tbr, I’ll share ten books that have been on my tbr for the longest and then I’ll share whether I’m keeping them or Letting them go.
here are the rules to follow:
- Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
- Order on ascending date added.
- Take the first 5 (or 10 (or even more!) if you’re feeling adventurous) books. Of course, if you do this weekly, you start where you left off the last time.
- Read the synopses of the books
- Decide: keep it or should it go?

My thoughts after reading the blurb: Fighting Forever sounds intense as hell! I added Fighting For Forever and this series to my tbr after reading the first book and being completely consumed by the story and the writing. I cannot wait to continue on with this series.
Verdict: Definite KEEP

My Thoughts after reading the blurb: I love babies and I love romance. This novel sounds like a perfect read for me! I cannot wait to start back up with this series!

My Thoughts after reading the blurb: This sounds intriguing but sadly there are so many novels that are like this one. I’ve had this on my kindle for forever and found I only reached to read it once. I’m thinking its time to let it go….

My Thoughts after reading the blurb: This one also sounds Intriguing. I haven’t read many lawyer falls for client novels but the ones I have read, I really enjoyed. I’m currently reading my first ever Jay Crownover novel and I am loving her writing style, and I can’t wait to read more from her! so this one is a definite Keep!

My Thoughts after reading the blurb: The blurb for this one is way to out there. Usually, when reading a blurb, something I seldom do anymore, I look for a pretense of what this novel is about. This blurb does not give me a single clue. I have no idea what this book is about……

My Thoughts after reading the blurb: I added this one during my MC craze I’ve sadly never reached for it and honestly have forgotten all about it. It sounds interesting but sadly I’m going to let it go.

My Thoughts after reading the blurb: I’ve had this on my tbr for a long damn time. I’m a huge fan of Chantal Fernando and at one point in my life I planned on reading all of her books! That hasn’t changed, I still plan on reading Chase!

My Thoughts after reading the blurb: First I have to say, I love this cover! This was definitely a cover add for me. Jay Crownover has the most intriguing blurbs, it makes me want to read everything she writes!

My Thoughts after reading the blurb: I love baseball romances, but, there are so many out there in book world. Sadly I’m going to have to set this one to the side because CD Reiss has been a hit or miss author for me.
Verdict: Let It Go
I removed another 5 books out of the 10 books I listed. I feel like I”m letting some gems go, but I will never be able to read all of these books in a lifetime.
