Holy hell!!!! Racer was everything I expected plus so much more!

Lana Heyworth is the PR for her families formula 1 racing team. After her mother left five years ago her father, brothers, and family decided to move overseas and try their hand at making their fathers dreams come true. Now five years later and their racing team is on its last limb. They are desperate to find a racer that will help rebuild their crumbling team. So with one goal in mind Lana hopes on a plane and head to the states to check out the indie riders. She never expected she would crash into the man who would turn her world and her race team around.

Racer Tate was diagnosed with BP when he was twenty years old (a mental disorder he inherited from his father Remy). He is a fierce street racer, the adrenaline and speed helps to keep the monsters at bay. Racer made a promise to himself that he would never fall in love due to not wanting to hurt his loved ones because of his episodes. His promises are immediately broken when Lana crashes into him. There is something about this girl who his heart and his head can’t say no to. He has to have her. No matter what.

I have been waiting for what felt like centuries to read Racer’s story! 

Racer is the son of Remy and Brooke! When I found out Katy Evans was writing a novel based on Brooke and Remy’s son Racer a few things came to mind but mostly I thought how epic this novel was going to be and how I couldn’t wait to get glimpses of Remy and Brooke’s life.

I was completely blown away by this novel. I had no clue how Katy Evans was going to spin Racer’s story. Racer’s story had hilarious moments but also moments that have the capability to shatter even the strongest hearts. My heart broke witnessing his BP episode.

As with Real, Mine, and Remy, I have a feeling Racer is going to stick with me for a very long time. I loved the hell out of this man and his tenacity and drive to get what he wants and achieve all of his goals no matter how big the obstacles are.

Overall, This novel was freaking EPIC!!! I can feel a book hangover starting!
