I have been waiting for what feels like forever, but only has been a few months, for Matthew’s story! Ever since I finished Tempt The Boss I have had Matthew on my mind. I was intrigued by that small glimpse we got of his and Karrie’s relationship. Natasha Madison did not let me down! I have mad love for Matthew and Karrie!

If you’re looking for the perfect Alpha male look no further!

Matthew had it all and lost it all in the blink of an eye. He’s had the fame the fortune and the ability to call himself a member of the NHL. With fame came the puck bunnies and with fortune came partying. Now Matthew has reached his rock bottom. No one wants the liability that comes with his name. That is until he is picked up by the New York Stingers under the stipulation that he will have a chaperone following him around.

Karrie Cooney has worked her ass off for her degree so when her dad calls her into his office and tells her she will be chaperoning hot-shot hockey player Matthew Grant, to say she is upset about the ‘babysitting gig’ would be an understatement.

Matthew Grant is cocky on and off the ice. He knows what he wants and what he wants he always gets. That includes his new chaperone Karrie, who also happens to be his boss’s daughter. When it comes to Karrie, Matthew isn’t afraid of letting his inner Caveman shine. Karrie is a spitfire who tells it like it is and if she doesn’t like something she will definitely point it out.  This dynamic makes for some extremely hilarious back and forth banter between the two main characters.

No matter how much Karrie pushes Matthew pulls harder. 

I loved the fact that Karrie hates on Matthew’s alpha side and that hate only fuels the alpha high he’s riding throughout this novel.

Something So Perfect was everything I wanted from a Natasha Madison novel….and so much more!
