My Review:
Hustle by Ashley Claudy is a sports romance novel. Andrew Fayden is a NFL hopeful who doesn’t care about anything but football…Until he meets Brook at a tattoo shop.
The beginning was like BAM i’m completely hooked. I loved Drew’s (Andrew Fayden) character. I felt bad for him throughout the first half of the novel. Brook was being a whiny little #$%*H…..But then the other half of the novel i actually started to also enjoy Brook’s character.
Brook and Drew’s chemistry was off the charts.
I disliked the mind games that a few teammates of Drew’s were playing with Brook. and then we have an ex girlfriend that refuses to leave the two alone. Along with a bunch of conniving and you have the perfect New adult novel.
Let’s face the facts and say the majority of New Adult novels are basically the same. Troubled/badass male falls in love and changes for sweet innocent virgin female. Yep thats pretty much how this one goes also. but i enjoyed it.
Ashley Claudy is a new author for me and i absolutely loved her writing. So if you are looking for a new adult/College/Sports Romance to read that is also a stand alone pick this one up and give it a try.
